Tyler and Laurie have been members of Caffeinated CrossFit for one and a half years with Louie joining the squat about a year ago! The Hoods are great additions to our amazing Caffeinated family! Tyler and Laurie and consistent in their workouts. They push hard but they are smart when it comes to technique and form. They have great attitudes and work hard to hit their goals. Louie enjoys being greeted and petted by our members as they come into class!

What is your biggest achievement so far? Murph? / Body weight snatch
What are your future goals? Muscle Ups & Consistent DUs / Stalder Press & cracking 200# on back sqauts (Squatting is a weakness)
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey? Just keep at it and don’t be afraid to scale. Some of the barbell stuff can be intimidating and there is no point in going heavy and hurting yourself. Going light and getting it done right is WAY better than being injured/limited for 4-6 months… believe me… I’ve been there. / What he said…
Favorite Cheat Meal: Beer/Wings / Chik-fil-a
CrossFit Secret: Tough one… my knee sleeves can get stinky fast- like I’m ashamed of the funk.
On Rest Days: Golf / Taking Louie on a long walk (and by long, I mean 2 miles tops #shortlegs)
What you can't live without: Same —> Starbucks Iced Coffee (Tyler and Louie are pretty cool too ;)
Who is your box buddy? Gotta say I love getting my butt kicked in a partner WOD with thwifey. / 6:30 crew
