Nick is a part of the Caffeinated 6 am crew!. Nick works extremely hard on his strengths and weaknesses. Nick has a great attitude and is willing to put in the extra work to get the results he wants. He has worked hard on overcoming mobility limitations and he is always encouraging other athletes around him! Congrats to our May Member of the month!

How long have you been at Caffeinated CrossFit? 10 Months!
What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit?  Backpacking & Cooking
What is your biggest achievement so far? Getting my power clean over 200lbs
What are your future goals? Be able to complete the Open workouts at RX within the timecap 
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey?  Just keep showing up and don’t be afraid to seek out a specialized coach when you need that extra attention to get over a tough spot
Favorite Cheat Meal: Tacos at Hankook Taqueria
CrossFit Secret: The workout has an end to it, whether it’s time or all the reps don’t quit on the way there
On Rest Days: Cold showers, clean food, and lots of water 
What you can't live without: Sweet Potatoes
