Michael moved from Arizona to Atlanta in 2018 and joined Caffeinated CrossFit after getting settled into his new home. Michael has a bubbly personality and has been encouraging his fellow athletes from day one! Michael keeps the energy high in class and is always ready to go deep into the pain cave. We love having Michael as part of the Caffeinated community! We are excited to continue to watch him progress in the future!

How long have you been at Caffeinated CrossFit? About 9 months
What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit? Trying breweries, definitely eating good food! That’s why I have to do crossfit
What is your biggest achievement so far? Getting a PR on my bar muscle-ups
What are your future goals? For crossfit it’s to complete my L1 so I can feel more comfortable with my technique and helping others in the gym
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey? Stay with it and get involved with the community
Favorite Cheat Meal: Anything because I rarely eat well
CrossFit Secret: consistency and always push yourself
On Rest Days: not sure what these are but I hear they are good for you
What you can't live without: Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Who is your box buddy? Richard & Bob they both always push me to compete and I enjoy that part of CrossFit surrounding yourself with like-minded people helping each other get better
