Take 5 minutes to warm up to 75% of 1 RM then perform:
Power Snatch + Squat Snatch
1 Complex On the 1:30 x 7 Sets @ 75% of 1 RM (across)
1 Mile Run
40 Wallballs (20/14)
25 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
10 Power Snatches (165/105)
**Option B: Trade snatch in strength and metcon for Front Squats.
