Pick either the strength or the cardio from the program for Part A, then pick a personal “weakness” to work on as Part B.

Part A (Pick one):

Push Press

Work up to a heavy set of 3 push press for the day

OR

AMRAP 7:
3 Bar Muscle-Ups
5 Strict Handstand Push-ups

*Option B: 9 Jumping pull ups, 15 strict press (45/35#)

Part B:

Spend 15 Minutes working on weakness (coach will work on assigning you an EMOM to put that work to the test)
