Drumroll Please!! The April 2018 Nutrition Challenge Results are in!
1st place: Udit Luthur
Udit lost over 7 pounds of fat during our 4-week flex diet challenge! Not only was he busy toning up and cutting down on fat, he was getting stronger and faster at the gym. His 3 rep back squat increased 30# from the beginning of the challenge to the end of the challenge (from 175#-->205#) and his “Grace” time went from 4:44 to 3:43. A 21% improvement in time! His food score was the highest of all challengers with only a couple days where he didn’t quite hit his numbers exactly. Please join me in congratulating Udit on a job well done!
2nd place: Jennifer Maciuszek
Jennifer crushed her baseline workouts, adding 10# to her 3-rep max back squat and over a 4-minute improvement to her “Grace” time for a 57% increase in conditioning capacity. The source of this increased strength and capacity most likely stems from her commitment to the diet with only 1 day where she fell off the diet and a handful of days where she wasn’t spot on. The 4 pounds of body fat loss and her overall confidence with a more toned body don’t hurt either! Great job Jennifer!
3rd place: Nerissa Hilton
Nerissa has been working on her diet and workout regimen since joining and her progress continues through this challenge! Her 3-rep max back squat went up by 5# and her “Grace” time improved by over a minute. She lost over 2# of fat and gained a pound of muscle over the 4-week challenge. She stayed on track with her diet (minus some weekend food indulgences) 😊 Way to go, keep up the great work!
