Every 90 seconds:

2x3 High Hang Squat Snatch (pockets)

2x3 Low Hang Squat Snatch (below knee)

2x2 Squat Snatch

3x3 Snatch Grip High Pulls from Floor (Pull up to ribcage)

(toggle between weights for first 3 movements, add weight for last movement)

~14 min for lifting on running clock

Option 1:

30 Muscle Ups for Time

*Every min on min, 10 GHDs/10 Sit Ups. 10 Min Time Cap scale accordingly.

Option 2:

60 Pull ups
