Weakness Wednesday!

Pick either the strength or the cardio from the program for Part A, then pick a personal “weakness” to work on as Part B.

Part A (Pick one):

Every 90 seconds:

3x3 Power Snatch Climbing

3x2 Squat Snatch Climbing (start where you ended power)

3x3 Snatch Pulls from Floor (start where you ended squat, try to hit a weight higher than your current 1 RM clean)

~14 min for lifting on running clock


For Time:

12 Min AMRAP

Deadlifts 225/155

Part B:

Spend 15 Minutes working on weakness (coach will work on assigning you an EMOM to put that work to the test)
