Weakness Wednesday!

Pick either the strength or the cardio from the program for Part A, then pick a personal “weakness” to work on as Part B.

Part A (Pick one):

On the Minute x 12 (4 Rounds):
Minute 1 – 3 Power Snatches
Minute 2 – 2 Hang Squat Snatches
Minute 3 – 1 Squat Snatch

*Increase weight by round, last round should be 90% of 1rep max power clean weight.


For Time:

40-30-20-10 Slam Balls 30/20

20-15-10-5 Burpees

Part B:

Spend 15 Minutes working on weakness (coach will work on assigning you an EMOM to put that work to the test)
