Bench Press – 5 @ 65%, 75%, max set at 85% of 90%

Death by burpees:

Min 1: 1 burpee, max double unders in the rest of the minute

Min 2: 2 burpee, max double unders in the rest of the minute

Min 3: 3 burpee, max double unders in the rest of the minute

---etc.

*Score is number of double unders. Workout is over when you can’t do the burpees in the minute. 10 Min minimum. Increase burpee every 2 minutes as a scale.
