800m Farmer's Carry, 53's/35's
400m Front Rack Carry, 53's/35's
200m Overhead Carry, 53's/35's

Men use two 53-pound kettlebells. Women use two 35's.

*If cold or raining outside: 10 Rounds of – 2xlength of gym farmers carry, 1xlength of gym overhead carry, 10 D-balls 100/70
