Rich Pulliam: January 2019 Member of the Month
Caffeinated CrossFit, Smyrna, GA
Rich brings a smile and positivity to every class he attends. He is typically a morning guy but can be sometimes found crashing the early afternoon classes. His drive to push himself and those around him makes him a great nomination for our member of the month!

How long have you been at Caffeinated CrossFit? 1 year
What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit? 6 am crew. We have a really close group that works out together.
What is your biggest achievement so far? Lost 40 lbs.
What are your future goals? Six Pack
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey? If health and/or fitness are important to you, than Crossfit is the best place to invest your time and money.
Favorite Cheat Meal. Lasanga
CrossFit Secret: Don’t look at the work out on your phone prior to getting into the gym. Just show up blind and complete the workout.
On Rest Days: get some kind of movement in to keep your body from getting stiff
What you can't live without: My wife and kids. They rock!
