Caffeinated CrossFit, Smyrna, GA

Chris Gilmore has an infectious personality that makes everyone around him smile. 10 rep max? Murph? It doesn’t matter what you throw at him, he also pushes himself to do his best. And when he finds something he loves (like Caffeinated CrossFit) and thinks his friends would love it too? He brings them in! We voted Chris as our member of the month for his positive energy in the gym and his drive to accept and crush any challenge presented to him.

Coach Tommy adds, “Great form and technique. Works hard and offers competitiveness amongst the broski’s in the gym. Always has a great attitude and is very friendly to all members/coaches. He is an easy athlete to coach.”

Coach Way Joe says, “You always know he's coming when you hear his car, but from trying to round up folks to play some Spikeball to encouraging others around him with his super enthusiastic spirit to talking cars with the guys, Chris brings a warm and fuzzy feeling to the gym. People like him make the gym feel like a second home.“

Coach Jess jokes, “I’m not sure I’ve ever seen him arrive on time to class, or without a smile. He’s a passionate athlete that loves when you challenge him. Chris takes direction well, and he brings an enthusiasm that’s infectious to the other members in class. I love having him in class, even when he shows up late. 😜“
