Back Squat: 6x3 Bottom to Bottom. Start at the bottom of the squat and stand up for first rep.

Go until you cannot complete burpees in the minute. (10 Minute Minimum)

Min 1: 1 burpee+Max Double Unders

Min 2: 2 burpee+Max Double Unders

Min 3: 3 burpee+Max Double Unders

Min 4: 4 burpee+Max Double Unders

*Score is number of double unders/jump rope
