In partners:

10 Min AMRAP

21 Kettlebell Swings

15 Bulgarian Split Squats

9 Slam Balls

*one partner does full round, while the other holds Kettlebells off the ground (one in each hand).

Rest 5 Min

For time:

Perform the number of rounds and reps just completed in the previous AMRAP.

*One person working at a time, no kettlebell hold. For example, if the team got 5 rounds and 15 reps on the 10 min AMRAP, after 5 min rest, the team will go as fast as possible thru 5 rounds and 15 reps. Switch anytime.
