Perform the number of rounds and reps just completed in the previous AMRAP.
*One person working at a time, no kettlebell hold. For example, if the team got 5 rounds and 15 reps on the 10 min AMRAP, after 5 min rest, the team will go as fast as possible thru 5 rounds and 15 reps. Switch anytime.
