400 M Hill Medball Partner toss (Only the ball can move, if you are holding the ball you cannot move. So partner #1 will start with the ball, toss to Partner #2, then run to the other side of Partner #2 and catch the ball, Partner #2 will run and catch the ball from partner #1. This is how the 400 M will be completed. Please do the hill route so we aren’t affecting traffic!)
