Find a 1 Rep Max Back Squat

EMOM:

1st Min: 1 Burpee + Max Jumping Pull Ups

2nd Min:2 Burpees+ Max Jumping Pull Ups

3rd Min:3 Burpees+ Max Jumping Pull Ups

4th Min:4 Burpees+ Max Jumping Pull Ups

*Continue until you can’t finish the burpees in the minute. If you are less than 10 minutes in, scale back burpees to second to last completed round and hold that number until the 10 minute mark
