100 wall balls (14/20)
100 medball sit ups

100 Slam Balls

*only 1 partner working at a time. Must change off every 10 reps with each partner holding a plank outside the gym. Must carry your wall ball/slam ball and exchange with your partner outside gym. (both med ball and slam ball start with partner that is outside.)
