Will Brafford, April 2017 Member of the Month

Caffeinated CrossFit, Smyrna, GA

Will has been a member at Caffeinated CrossFit since November of 2015. He is always has a great attitude towards the workout and his classmates. He can be counted on to do his best when he is able to make it into the gym around his busy travel schedule. The coaches are always impressed when he gets that extra credit work in at the end of class.

(Q) Occupation? (A) Business consultant for Chik-fil-A. Inc. [WHAT?!?! YOU WERK FOR CHIK FIL A?!]

(Q) What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit? (A) Spending time with my wife, Amanda and our Aussiedoodle, Annabelle. I also enjoy college football (Go Dawgs!) [GO TECH] and reading (business and history)

(Q) Favourite Cheat Meal? (A) My wife's, Amanda, homemade chocolate chip cookies with a large glass of milk. She is an outstanding baker!

(Q) CrossFit Secret? (A) Consistency and a positive outlook.

(Q) What you can't live without? (A) Amanda, cell phone, and blender (in that order)
