Nutrition Challenge 2017 Winners

This is overdue, but the results for our February Nutrition Challenge are in!

1st place: Anna Beth Remsen

Anna Beth lost 9 pounds of fat during our 5 week, 35 day challenge! Not only that, she went from a 20 min time capped Dirty Thirty with 44 reps left, to completing the workout in 19:56. She added 30# to her back squat for a 15% increase in strength. With only a few cheats on the diet, she ranked 2nd overall for food points to crush this challenge. Congrats AB!

                              

2nd place: Jess Dahn

Jess crushed her baseline workouts, adding 10# to her max back squat and over a 7 minute improvement to her Dirty Thirty time for a 32% increase in conditioning capacity. The source of this increased strength and capacity most likely stems from her commitment to the diet with only 4 overall cheats and also the 6 pounds or 3% of body fat lost. Great job Jess!

 

3rd place: Jonathan Blackburn

Jonathan lost an astounding, 19 pounds of fat from the 35 day challenge! Although the diet portion got off to a rocky start, he quickly got advice from a coach and got back on track. His results are testament to that. He increased his metabolic conditioning capacity by 90% almost doubling his workout reps for his baseline workout! Way to go, keep up the great work!
