Bench Press Take 90% of your 1 RM then 5 reps at 65%, 75%, and max set at 85%

 

Take 20 Minutes to work on Heavy Snatches:

2 @ 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%
1 @ 85%, 90%, 95%

 

Optional:

5x 200/150 M Max Effort Row with 1 Min Rest
