We will be introducing, Weakness Wednesdays! Pick a skill, and every Wednesday for a month, work towards improving that skill. Work with the coach to determine the best drills and sets to get you closer to mastering your weaknesses!
Deadlift Take 90% of your *new 1 RM then 5 reps at 40%, 50%, and 60%
Bench Press Take 90% of your *new 1 RM then 5 reps at 40%, 50%, and 60%
Take 20 Min to work on a skill of your choice. Develop plan with coach next few session of “Weakness Wednesdays”. Start the plan in this session.
