Deadlift Take 90% of your *new 1 RM then 5 reps at 75%, 3 at 85%, and max set at 95%

Burpees

Knees to Elbow

*one of each on the first min, two of each on the second min…Until you can’t complete the reps in the min…

Rest 3 min and regroup.
