Back Squat Take 90% of your *new 1 RM then 3 reps at 70%, 80%, and max set at 90%

In partners (one person working at a time except med ball sit ups):

8x100 M sprint

100 Ring Dips

100 Medball Sit Ups

100 D-Ball Over Shoulder

8x100 M sprint

* Run must be done as written but you can break up the middle movements in any way.
