First thru swimming together at Georgia Tech, then as one of the first members at Caffeinated CrossFit, we have known our next Member of the Month for almost a decade now. He has always been a hard worker, and a machine on any workout thrown at him.

Mike V. as he is fondly referred to at Caffeinated, will bring in the new year as our January Member of the month! Mike has been awarded Member of the Month for his quiet determination and steadfast positive outlook on everything. He can always be counted on to smile and see the bright side to a workout. He works hard every class, every day and always pushes himself to master each challenge thrown his way.

(Q) What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit? (A) Swimming, playing video games, eating

(Q) What are your future goals? (A) Continue to work on building strength and finally get those handstand push ups

(Q) What Do You Do On Rest Days? (A) Lounge around, maybe stretch if I'm feeling ambitious
