The Caffeinated CrossFit Elements Course is a one week program consisting of 3 classes designed to educate new crossfitters on the philosophies and basic movements of CrossFit. During each 1 hour elements class we share the fundamentals of CrossFit with you in a more personal setting and get to know you on a personal level and further discuss your fitness goals with you. Each class has a short WOD (workout of the day) built in to get you moving while at the gym. This will get you acclimated to our gym and enable you to comfortably transition into a class setting with your new arsenal of knowledge of how to safely carry out the fundamental movements while being confident you can learn new movements.
The Elements Course will run every week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings starting promptly at 6:30 PM. There are only 6 spots available per 1 week session. Our Elements Course is available at an introductory price of $100. If you complete the course and would like to start your first month, the $100 will count towards your first month with us.
